When you open any page, our host Vercel receives your IP address and technical browser data in order to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. Required: your name, venue name, phone number and number of locations — without them we can’t respond to your request. Optional: email, city and country, what you are interested in and your comment. Collected automatically: the page language and market (Ukraine or EU), campaign tags (utm) and the address of the page you came from, if any, and technical data needed to protect the form from spam — your IP address (held temporarily to limit repeated attempts) and, if the Cloudflare Turnstile check is enabled, its result. The Turnstile widget loads as soon as you start filling in the form, and Cloudflare then receives your IP address and technical browser data.

To respond to your request, give you a demo and prepare a commercial offer. We don’t use this data for advertising, don’t sell it and don’t make automated decisions about you.

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, running the site and protecting it and the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this policy; it is not consent to processing.

Up to 24 months after our last contact if no contract is concluded, or until you ask us to delete it sooner. If we sign a contract, for as long as the contract and the law require.

Service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and form processing), Resend (sending the request email), the provider of our mailbox (forwarding and storing the request email) and, if the bot check is enabled, Cloudflare (Turnstile). Vercel, Resend and Cloudflare are based in the USA, so data may be transferred there on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the EU standard contractual clauses. In Telegram our team receives only a short notice of a new request, without your contact details — the venue name, city, number of locations, your interests, the page language and the market; Telegram processes this data under its own terms, including outside the EEA.

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to us at hello@vitrina.cafe. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (the Slovak data protection authority) or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
