Why
Sell through an aggregator, and the guest becomes theirs
Aggregators bring you guests — and keep them. Everything else gets patched together from separate tools that don’t talk to each other.
01
A commission on every order
The aggregator takes a percentage of every order. The more you sell, the more you give away.
02
The guests aren’t yours
The guest’s phone number, order history and loyalty points stay with the aggregator, so you can’t invite them back directly.
03
Five tools instead of one
POS, website, delivery, loyalty and bookkeeping each live in a separate tool. The numbers never add up, and staff keep switching between windows.
Vitrina is one system under your brand
Guests order from you, pay you and come back to you. POS, kitchen, delivery and reports all see the same order.
Features
Everything a venue needs — in one system
Start with what you need now and add modules as you grow. The core — orders, menu, payment, refunds and staff roles — is included in every package.
Ordering website
coreOn your own domain: a menu with portions and options, cart, online payment, guest account and order tracking. Plus a dedicated menu page that Google can index.
iOS and Android app
priced separatelyUnder your brand, in your own App Store and Google Play accounts: push notifications, loyalty points and ordering via the table QR code.
Tablet POS
Android tablet: fast sales, table bills, mixed cash-and-card payment, tips and an integrated PrivatBank card terminal (Ukraine). If the internet drops, it keeps taking cash sales and prints a non-fiscal sales slip; the fiscal receipt for such a sale is issued only once the connection is back.
Kitchen and printing
Kitchen tickets and receipts print on the venue’s printers through a print agent — a mini computer on your local network.
Delivery and couriers
Delivery zones and minimum order, a courier app, order assignment, live tracking and cash records.
Tables and QR ordering
Floor plan, table status, guest ordering via the QR code on the table, and passing a bill between servers.
Loyalty and promotions
Cashback in loyalty points on delivery orders and guest tiers. Promo codes, personal discounts and a birthday discount come with the separate Promotions module.
Partner discounts
Cross-promote with neighbouring businesses — a theatre, a gym or a course provider: printed coupons with single-use codes for your partners’ guests.
Stock, recipes and purchasing
Recipe cards and food cost, a sold-out list, stock levels, and purchasing with invoice recognition from a photo.
Accounting and analytics
Payroll, tips, cash collection and a money ledger for your accountant. Records for several Ukrainian sole proprietors (FOP) per location come with the Fiscalisation module. Owner reports and sales for each location come with the Analytics module.
Guest reviews
Post-order reviews with moderation: only what you approve appears on the site.
Venue Telegram bot
Menu, order status and guest support in Telegram, under your venue’s name. The bot currently replies in Ukrainian only.
AI assistant
on requestAnswers registered guests’ questions about the menu, suggests dishes and hands the conversation to a person when needed. Available on request only; terms and model costs are agreed separately.
Under your brand
Guests see your venue, not our platform
Your name, logo, colours, fonts and domain — on the website and in the app. The website has six home page layouts, the app has three. Pick a palette to see how the look changes.

Money
Guest payments never pass through us
You choose the acquirer, and payments go straight to your account. You pay us separately: the subscription, a fixed fee per online order and one-off work — never a share of your revenue.
Four acquirers to choose from
LiqPay, monobank or WayForPay in Ukraine, Stripe in the EU — one provider for all your locations, under your own contract. The monobank and WayForPay adapters are written to the providers’ documentation but not yet tested against them — we run that test with the first client who chooses one.
Fiscalisation via your provider
In Ukraine — integration with the Checkbox software cash register (PRRO). In the EU we issue the receipt and a certified local service fiscalises it, in countries where we have an adapter for one. We’ll tell you what applies to you before you sign.
No percentage of revenue
A small fixed fee per online order — the same for a large order and a small one.
Launch
Three ways to launch
The subscription is the same for all three. Only the timeline and the one-off setup cost differ.
Template
Our screens, your brand: logo, colours, fonts, home page layout, domain, menu and apps. The cart steps and navigation are the same for every client.
One location with pickup: 2–3 weeks to the pilot, or 4–6 weeks with apps
Own Look
Your own home page layout, blocks and typography on top of the same system.
+2–4 weeks on top of Template
Custom UI
Your developers build their own screens on top of our API; the admin panel, POS and kitchen stay ours. There are no ready-made UI blocks — the cart and checkout are written from scratch.
+4–10 weeks, depending on your developers

Custom quote
What’s included
- Core €120/mo + €60/mo per location
- Modules — your choice
VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries account for VAT in their own country (reverse charge). For venues in the EU, separate stages are added to the package: translating the staff interface and receipts into your language and, where the law requires it, connecting your country’s fiscal service. Delivery in the EU also needs a dedicated address lookup service (geocoder), and your lawyer prepares the website’s legal texts for your country. We give prices and timelines in your quote.
Add-ons
- Branded mobile app: from €1,500 one-off + from €150/mo
- Implementation for one location: we set up the menu, delivery zones and printers — from €900
- Stock and recipes, accounting, mailings — €35 to €60/mo per module; other modules on request
- AI assistant — on request only; model costs are paid separately
Paid separately at your providers’ rates: acquiring, the fiscal service, App Store and Google Play accounts, the domain, the email service and hardware. SMS (sign-in codes, tracking and payment links) is billed at cost on our invoice. AI model costs — for the assistant and invoice recognition — are agreed separately. Hosting and backups are included in the subscription. Your quote shows the exact total.
First client
Vitrina grew out of a real café chain
We built the platform together with Pyrizhok, a café chain in Kharkiv and Vitrina’s first client — on their real menu, recipe cards and day-to-day operations, not on mock-ups.
Pyrizhok runs the same code you would get, with no custom version: its own instance of the system, its own brand, keys and payment provider.
Pyrizhok · Kharkiv
What we built together
- A real menu: portions, options, side dishes and combos
- A tablet POS, the PrivatBank terminal integration and kitchen printing
- Delivery with in-house couriers and cash records
- Recipe cards, stock and purchasing with invoice recognition from photos
- Loyalty points and partner discounts
Markets
For Ukraine and the EU
Vitrina is developed by Complete solution s. r. o., a company based in Slovakia. For every country, we tell you before signing what already works and what will be a separate launch stage.
Guest languages
The guest website and app interface comes in 7 languages, and you choose the set. Polish, German, Slovak and Czech are machine-translated; native-speaker proofreading is a separate item. Dish names and descriptions are stored in your menu’s main language (and, optionally, in Ukrainian and Russian).
Currency and taxes
Prices in your country’s currency and a VAT rate on every product — one rate per product, with no separate dine-in and takeaway rates; the rate isn’t printed on the paper receipt yet. Online payment in the EU runs through Stripe: no saved cards, no pay-by-link at the door and no tips after delivery.
Fiscalisation
We issue the receipt, and a certified local service fiscalises it: Nine Digit eKasa in Slovakia, fiskaly in Germany, and efsta with your own fiscal hardware in a number of other countries. The adapters are written but not yet tested with the providers, so connecting one is a separate launch stage, priced and scheduled in your quote. Czechia has no fiscal obligation until 1 January 2027; in Romania, Lithuania and Latvia we don’t offer the POS. In Germany, the POS may be used only once a certified TSE is connected.
Staff language
The admin panel, POS, courier app, printed receipts and kitchen tickets are currently in Ukrainian. Translation into your language is a separate stage before launch, with its own price and timeline.
Data
Your data is yours
Your own instance of the system
Its own database and domain, and your own payment and bot keys. Your guests’ data never shares a database with other clients’ data.
Daily backups
Every night an encrypted copy of the database goes to separate storage.
A fair exit
If you leave, we export your menu, guests, orders and reports free of charge, and delete data only on your written instruction.
GDPR
You are the controller of your guests’ data and we are the processor. The data processing agreement (DPA) is concluded together with the main contract, and we’ll send you the draft on request. Guests can delete their own accounts. On the website, analytics runs only with cookie consent; in the app it is on by default and guests can switch it off in Settings. No third-party analytics or advertising pixels.
How is Vitrina different from Glovo, Wolt or Bolt Food?
An aggregator brings you guests, but they remain its guests, and you pay a commission on every order. Vitrina is your own channel: the guest orders on your website or in your app, pays into your account, and their history and loyalty points stay with you. You can keep aggregators as a separate channel: the Glovo, Wolt and Bolt Food adapters are written to their documentation but haven’t yet been tested in the platforms’ sandboxes. Connecting them is a separate module and stage, priced in your quote; Bolt Food has no public API and grants access only under a contract with them.
How long does it take to launch?
Template for one location with pickup takes 2–3 weeks from signing to the pilot, or 4–6 weeks with mobile apps. The longest part is setting up the menu with photos, portions and recipe cards. App Store and Google Play review is run by Apple and Google, and the D-U-N-S number is issued by Dun & Bradstreet (up to 30 days); this timing is outside our control, so you open the store accounts and apply for D-U-N-S on day one. For venues in the EU, translating the staff interface and connecting the fiscal service are added and estimated separately. Then comes a pilot of at least 2 weeks at one location, and after it the launch for guests.
Do you take a percentage of revenue?
No. You pay a monthly subscription for the platform, your locations and the modules you choose, a small fixed fee per online order and a one-off implementation fee. SMS (sign-in codes, tracking and payment links) is billed at cost, and AI model costs, if you use AI features, are agreed separately. The per-order fee is the same for a large order and a small one.
Where do guest payments go?
Straight to your account through your own acquirer: LiqPay, monobank or WayForPay in Ukraine, or Stripe in the EU — one provider for your whole business. We never receive or hold guest money.
How does fiscalisation work?
In Ukraine, through your Checkbox software cash register (PRRO): you register the cash register and keys to your own business, and we set up the integration. The integration has been tested in Checkbox’s test environment; we issue the first live receipt together with you once your accountant has approved the setup in writing. The setup is designed for a sole proprietor (FOP) on the simplified single tax who is not registered for VAT; receipts for a company or a VAT payer (with tax letters on each line) aren’t supported yet — that is separate work, priced in your quote. In the EU we issue the receipt and a certified local service in your country fiscalises it — connecting it is a separate launch stage. We don’t sell a “certified cash register”: the certified party is your provider.
What hardware do I need?
An Android tablet for the POS (the interface is designed for the Xiaomi Redmi Pad 2 Pro; another tablet needs a layout check), thermal printers for receipts and kitchen tickets, and a Raspberry Pi mini computer running the print agent on the venue’s network. So far the only integrated card terminal is PrivatBank’s: the POS sends the amount to it through the print agent. There are no other banks’ terminals yet, including in the EU — there the cashier marks a card payment manually. We’ll tell you what to buy.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The POS keeps selling for cash and prints a non-fiscal sales slip and the kitchen ticket through the agent on the local network. The fiscal receipt for such a sale is issued only once the connection is back — we agree with your accountant before launch how offline sales are handled in your country. Offline, card payments, loyalty points, discounts and open table bills are unavailable — ring such sales up straight away. Online orders print as soon as the connection is back. In Germany, a sale without a connection to the cloud TSE counts as a TSE outage and must be documented.
Can I have my own design?
Yes. With Template: your logo, colours, fonts and home page layout. With Own Look: your own home page layout. With Custom UI: entirely your own screens on top of our API. The site footer carries a small developer line, “Made by Complete Solution”; the terms for showing it are set in the contract. You can try out the look in the demo café.
Which languages does Vitrina support?
The guest website and app interface works in 7 languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish, German, Slovak, Czech and Russian, and you choose the set for your venue. Polish, German, Slovak and Czech are machine-translated; native-speaker proofreading is a separate item. Guests see dish names and descriptions in your menu’s main language (Ukrainian and Russian versions can be added), and texts for promotions, mailings and push notifications can currently be entered only in Ukrainian, Russian and English. The admin panel, POS, courier app and printed receipts are in Ukrainian for now; translating them is a separate stage.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every client gets its own instance of the system with its own database, so your guests’ data never shares a database with other clients’ data. We host and update the system in the cloud (Railway, Vercel and Cloudflare), and EU clients’ databases are kept in an EU region. The database is backed up every night to separate storage. Hosting and backups are included in the subscription; a dedicated server just for your system is an add-on with its own price. If you decide to leave, we export your menu, guests, orders and reports free of charge and delete data only on your written instruction. Your brand, domain and App Store and Google Play accounts are always yours.
Will there be a mobile app under my brand?
Yes, in your own App Store and Google Play accounts: you register the developer accounts to your company (for Google, an organisation account rather than a personal one) and pay Apple’s and Google’s fees to them directly. Store review times are outside our control. The app is a separate item: from €1,500 one-off + from €150/mo.
What is paid separately?
At your providers’ rates: acquiring fees, the fiscal service, App Store and Google Play accounts, the domain, the email service for guest emails and hardware. SMS (sign-in codes, tracking and payment links) is billed at cost on our invoice. AI model costs — for the assistant and invoice recognition — are agreed separately. Hosting and backups are already in the subscription.
Can I try it before signing a contract?
Yes. The demo café is a fictional venue with test money: you can browse the website, try out the palettes and place a test order yourself. We’ll show you the admin panel on a demo call and walk you through the POS, printing and courier app using your venue as the example.
What doesn’t Vitrina have yet?
A kitchen display (KDS): the kitchen works from printed tickets and a tablet with the admin panel. Table booking, paying one bill with two cards, a service charge and seat numbers on the bill. Import from Poster or iiko — we move your menu over from a CSV spreadsheet. Browser push notifications — push works only in the mobile app. A WhatsApp channel. EU 14-allergen records — dish labels are for information and are shown to guests only after a person has checked them. For each item, we’ll tell you whether it’s planned.
What support is included in the subscription?
Support on business days is included in the subscription. Evening and weekend support is a separate extended-support plan. How we respond to critical outages is set out in the SLA appendix to the contract. Custom development for your venue isn’t part of the subscription and is quoted separately.
